Cheryl Ann Hanson, age 67, of Andersonville, TN, formerly of Dalton, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. TN. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church of Dalton. Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Watkins; mother, Charlotte Amos; 1st husband, Bobby Willingham; and brothers, Garland Morris and Dewayne Watkins. She is survived by her husband, Jim Hanson; daughter, Carla A. Davenport; grandchildren, Stephen Davenport and Sierra Davenport; great-grandchildren, Crimsyn Davenport and Maesyn Davenport; brother, Donnie Watkins; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Rose Funeral & Cremation - Broadway, 1421 N. Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37917. A funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM, with Rev. Dr. Alan Smith officiating.
